Patten Title’s Georgetown office sits in the heart of Downtown Georgetown, in the southern Austin region. Engulfed in the town’s charm, the office is situated in a single house, rather than a typical, corporate setup – inviting the warmth and elegance the surrounding area has to offer. Opened in 2021, this office is located just off South Austin Ave, a mere walk from the VFW Park – Softball Fields and the San Gabriel River.
Mindee Hernandez has led a remarkable career within the title industry. Starting as a receptionist 17 years ago, Mindee’s perseverance and persistence earned her a stellar reputation and a role as a key player in the world of title, growing to be one of Austin’s most well-respected Escrow Officers. With a mindset aimed at growth and aligned to Patten Title’s Solutions Oriented approach, Mindee works diligently with clientele, alongside her entire team, to ensure smooth and superb transaction experiences. Her phenomenal skill in building long lasting, fruitful relationships led to her 2021 Million Dollar Club recognition and today, Mindee sits as Area VP / Senior Escrow Officer for Patten Title, leading Team M.
Bringing 10+ years’ experience, along with an innate drive to grow while embracing Patten’s ‘people first culture,’ Michelle Peters has had numerous wins in her career. Ranging from prestigious awards to closing multimillion dollar transactions, she attributes her success to the mindset of ‘play like you’ve already won’ and her familial love of title, dating back to seeing her grandmother excel in the same industry. Michelle sits as Escrow Officer to Team M.
