The Patten Title Sugar Land branch was acquired in 2021 and seats the Sugar Land escrow Closing Team as well as one of the West Houston business development team members. The office boasts 3 closing rooms and is located in the heart of Sugar Land, off Highway 6, surrounded by dining favorites such as Madras Pavilion and Becks Prime.
Having 20+ years of experience in Real Estate, Tiffany first started out as a policy operator before joining Patten Title 4 years ago as the Sugar Land Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer. Alongside doubling her teams’ order count and meeting monthly premium goals, one of her greatest accomplishments during her career has been rebuilding our Sugar Land branch. These accomplishments have been made possible through a consistent commitment to cross training, taking accountability, and above all, putting in 110% to every responsibility of her role.
