Patten Title proudly has Christy Wooten serving as Area VP and Senior Escrow Officer leading the Bluebonnet Team overseeing operations at our Hill Country – Kingsland office and Horseshoe Bay location. With 34 years of title experience, Christy brings expert leadership, a client-first approach, and deep industry knowledge to the Hill Country region, focusing on seamless closings, agent support, and long-term relationship building.
Zach Shelton serves as Regional Vice President, East Texas Division for Patten Title Company. Born and bred in Beaumont, Texas, Zach is proud to return to his roots and serve the community that helped shape him.
With nine years of experience in the title industry, Zach has grown from Escrow Assistant to proven leader, earning recognition as a top producer and Teammate of the Year. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, managed complex title transactions, and helped drive significant revenue growth.
At Patten Title, Zach is focused on expanding the company’s presence across Beaumont and East Texas while supporting Realtors, lenders, builders, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals with reliable title and escrow services.
