Beginning her career as a receptionist at Fidelity National Title, Lacey now holds over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, and sits as Area VP / Senior Escrow Officer to the Lady Bird Team in the South Austin location. During her career, Lacey has earned numerous Platinum Club and Community Service Awards throughout the years as well as her team earning the First-Class Service Award for 2 years running. Keeping up with these achievements, she is focused on education and support for both our clients and her team members, as she models the highest standards of accountability and leadership.
Gabriella Soza is an Escrow Officer in Patten Title’s South Austin office who began her career in a fee office in the DFW area, where she quickly developed a strong foundation in the title industry. Known as a steady and reliable force, Gabriella brings a detail-driven approach to every transaction. With a background in title compliance, she played a key role insignificantly reducing tax losses—an accomplishment that reflects her precision and commitment to doing things the right way. She has successfully navigated a wide range of transactions, including complex deals involving multiple heirs and high-value closings.
