This course will review the changes, look at new methods of presentation that meet the requirements, and discuss the impact upon written representation agreements. In learning this information, agents will be able to apply risk management techniques including best practices regarding the application of new rules, new MLS policies, Code of Ethics changes, and existing real estate laws.
