Zach Shelton serves as Regional Vice President, East Texas Division at Patten Title Company, bringing nine years of experience in the title industry. He began his career as an Escrow Assistant shortly after college and quickly grew within the business, earning recognition as a top producer for his branch and Teammate of the Year.
Throughout his career, Zach has built a strong reputation for leadership, persistence, and growth. As a team leader, he managed a team of five and helped drive the biggest year-over-year revenue increase during his time in that role. He has also handled complex, multi-heir and multimillion transactions.
In his role at Patten Title, Zach is focused on building and expanding the company’s presence throughout East Texas. He is motivated by his family, proudest of his children, and guided by the advice that “good things come from stepping out of your comfort zone.”
With his mix of industry experience, leadership, humor, and family-driven motivation, Zach brings both professionalism and personality to his role as he helps grow Patten Title’s East Texas Division.
