After that, Time Boss founder Andrew Hartman walked our managers through practical ways to work with more intention, guard their time, and lead with clarity.
And because growth isn’t all classroom time, we wrapped the day with games, good energy, and a few heated go-kart races at Andretti—where the competitive streak came out fast.
