The Patten Title Katy office was acquired in 2021 and is home to the Katy escrow Closing Team as well as 3 of the West Houston business development team members. The Katy office hosts 3 closing rooms and is located just off the I10 Katy freeway, in the plaza across from foodie favorites Grub Kitchen and Torchys Tacos.
Equipped with 25 years of experience, Patricia earned her first role in the industry after joining Regency Title in Sugar Land, TX, as their receptionist. Now working with Patten Title, she operates as Senior Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for our Katy location. Focusing on promoting a positive and productive workplace for her team, she is committed to maintaining a rewarding environment that not only advances her team, but that also exceeds the expectations of our customers.
