Here’s what we saw overall for the month of October across the Central Texas market: An overarching increase of anywhere between 1% and 10% in median sales price across the board, with Bastrop topping at 10% . Closed sales are down, with the exception of Bastrop and Caldwell counties, showing an increase at 8% and 9% respectively. Average Days on Market and Months of Inventory continue to rise across all counties. Sales volume is down in all counties except Caldwell and Bastrop, with an increase of 25% in Bastrop County alone.
