“Under all is the land,” begins the NAR Code of Ethics, emphasizing Realtors’® duty to uphold the integrity and honor of their profession. Realtors® strive to stay informed on real estate issues, share their knowledge, and eliminate harmful practices through enforcing the Code and assisting regulatory bodies. All REALTOR Members are required to complete Code of Ethics training every 3 years.
